These terms apply to your use of the website at bytemotion.co. By visiting the site you agree to them.

The site is operated by Bytemotion Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไบต์โมชั่น จำกัด), a Thai limited company. Registration number: 0105563079499.

They do not govern any engagement, statement of work, or other commercial relationship between you and Bytemotion. Those are governed by a separate signed contract.

You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not attempt to break it, harvest its content for AI training without our permission, or use it in a way that violates Thai law.

Our robots.txt and llms.txt allow well-behaved indexing crawlers (including AI search) to read the site. Bulk scraping for model training without permission is not allowed by these terms.

All content on the site — text, design, code, logos, brand marks — is © Bytemotion Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไบต์โมชั่น จำกัด) unless explicitly attributed otherwise.

Brand assets in /brand/ are not licensed for reuse. Client logos and case-study screenshots remain the property of those clients.

Case-study facts are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Pricing tiers shown on /services and /#engagements are indicative — final scope and price are agreed in writing per engagement.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

The site links to client websites (skipmove.com, hubswitch.com), to legal and regulator sites referenced in the Privacy Policy, and to documentation we cite. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

To the extent permitted by law, Bytemotion’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to ฿1,000 (one thousand baht).

Engagement liability is governed separately by the signed engagement contract and is not limited by this clause.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct discussion will be brought before the courts of Bangkok.

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including network outages, third-party service failures, hardware failure, natural disasters, or government action. The site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
