Founder + lead engineer in the room with you. We map the data, the workflow, and the real problem — not the slide-deck version. By the end of the discovery sprint, you get a workflow map and a fixed-fee quote.

02 / DESIGN

Hi-fi prototypes, you can click.

We design with code — not Figma-only handoffs. By end of week one, you're clicking through real screens with real data shapes.

03 / BUILD

Production code, reviewed by seniors.

AI writes the boilerplate; humans own the architecture. Weekly demos, evals where the work warrants them. We ship into your repo — you own everything on day one.

We don't ghost after launch.

What we don't do

Things we politely decline.

Body-shop staff augmentation.

We're not a recruiter. If you need bums-on-seats by the day, we know shops that do it well — we'll point you to them.

Pure design / branding work.

We design as part of building. We don't do logo work or pitch decks as standalone deliverables.

AI demos with no production path.

If a project can't reach production with guardrails, evals and an on-call story, we'll say so up front instead of taking your money.
